Our in-house integration of Civil and Structural elements within overall concept design is critical for complex projects such as shopping centres, schools and college campuses, medical centres, and hospital developments. It enhances cost effectiveness, ease of construction, and enables continued operations of existing facilities during construction.

Subdivisions

Project design and management of urban developments is a major facet of our civil services, and include industrial and residential subdivisional projects, feasibility studies, environmental impact and land use studies.

Car-Parks

Having successfully designed over hundreds of car parks, our practice has extensive experience in the structural design of underground multi-level standalone car parking and on-ground parking. This experience includes expansion of existing car parking facilities to accommodate present and future requirements. Other projects have successfully integrated the functionality of car parking stations with existing mixed-used developments, such as shops and commercial tenancies, without disruption to existing operations.

Roads and Pavements

We have substantial experience in civil engineering design of highways, freeways and roads, including major sections of Perth’s arterial road systems. Project examples include the West Coast Highway Extension, Reid Highway & Kwinana Freeway Stage 6.
