Successful application of these principles has permitted savings of as much as 26% of total structure cost on award winning projects like Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre Stage 3, the Subiaco Colonnade Shopping Complex and TVW Telethon Research Institute of Child Health. These projects were significantly under-budget and rapidly constructed. In the later two cases the projects were accorded the accolade of overall winner in the State for the year completed in the Master Builder’s Annual Excellence in Construction Awards.
Since 1993 we have been the Consulting Engineers responsible for five Overall Winners in the MBA Awards with numerous Divisional Winners in all categories of design and construction projects.

Currently we are responsible for the concept design of an 18-storied office block, a 30-storied residential tower and a 7-storied car park with large podium level development in Dubai.
