As an external review process, our Value Engineering service has been responsible for the viable completion of projects – from meeting the finance caps of clients through to meeting technical challenges posed by site restrictions and challenging architectural designs.
Successful application of these principles has permitted savings of as much as 26% of total structure cost on award winning projects such as Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre Stage 3, the Subiaco Colonnade Shopping Complex and TVW Telethon Research Institute of Child Health. These projects were significantly under-budget and rapidly constructed, and won significant National and State Awards – including the prestigious Best Project award in the Master Builder Association’s Excellence in Construction Awards for the latter two buildings. Value Engineering has played a significant part in our six Best Project wins in National Awards since 1993.
