The use of Permanent Form Concrete Walling on multi-storey projects revolutionises the completion of internal and external walling systems – often reducing a standard installation time of internal walls per floor from around 16 days to 3. Correct design and use of these systems saves money and resources while vastly reducing carbon output and environmental/site pollution. Permanent Form Concrete Walling panels also enhance construction safety through eliminating the need for scaffolding.

Design for Durability

Airey Taylor Consulting has an established history in the survey and remediation of corrosion damaged structures, and in the design of life extension remedial measures and design of new structures for longevity – including techniques to eliminate the risk of concrete cancer through the rusting of steel reinforcement and harsh environmental stresses.

Cyclonic wind loading

Airey Taylor Consulting have 50 years national experience in the design and remediation of structures for cyclonic wind loading and are acknowledged experts in this field. Forensic Engineering

Airey Taylor Consulting provides total Forensic Engineering examinations of structural failures up to and including in-court presentations for Expert Witness services. We are able to conclusively identify deficiencies and root causes and report this information in a manner that can be readily understood by stakeholders without engineering expertise. Our conclusions are reached after thorough investigation are reliable without bias and are able to withstand the scrutiny of other Experts practicing within the same discipline.
