Airey Taylor Consulting have commenced work on Perth’s largest hotel development, the six-star Crown Towers Perth on 31st March 2014 in collaboration with Brookfield Multiplex.
Due for completion in late 2016, the new Crown Towers Perth will complement the existing resort in design and functionality. Backed by James Packer’s Crown Resorts Limited, the hotel will include 500 rooms, along with resort pool, restaurants, bars, a grand ballroom, convention centre and private gaming salons on a prime riverfront site at Burswood, adjoining the existing Crown Perth Resort.
Brookfield Multiplex regional managing director Chris Palandri discussed the project with excitement. “The start of construction represents a major milestone for both the development of Crown Towers Perth and Perth city as a whole. Crown Perth Resort is already a world-class destination and the addition of this new six-star hotel will take the precinct to a whole new level,” he said.
“The design and quality of the facilities we will be building are unlike anything experienced in Perth before and will give new meaning to luxury accommodation in the city. It’s a development that will put Perth on the map for a whole new market of domestic and international visitors, whether travelling for leisure or business.”
Airey Taylor Consulting are excited to be part of such a significant new development and look forward to it’s contribution in delivering this hotel to a first-class standard.
