The project comprised a new office building consisting of three levels of offices, a plant room level and a basement car park (partially below ground level).  The structure consists of post-tensioned flat slabs and columns which were a highly cost effective resolution for the project. The project also comprised structural alterations and additions as part of a total refurbishment to the existing office building. The Structural design incorporation of jointing within the structure to enable the Contractor to efficiently construct the structure by stages.

The new home of the St John Ambulance now houses it operational control room, training facilities and all other aspects of administration.
