This commission involved conversion and refurbishment of the structure of an existing multi-level office building for use as an inner city hotel. Project comprised conversion of existing multi storied (14 floor) office building to a hotel occupancy.

Notable structural engineering works included a design review of the existing structure; design and documentation of a new entry area; design and documentation of a tunnel linking The Duxton to Perth Concert Hall using top down construction, and modification of lift core structure.

The finalised hotel has been a highly successful and enduring luxury accommodation facility in Perth since its completion.
