COLLABORATORS:

Norman Disney & Young

This interesting project required ATC to review the technical aspects of the concept design of a unique ‘refuge structure’ proposed for general use in disaster areas such as those prone to flood, fire & cyclones.

ATC provided professional advice on both material and structural aspects. The designer, All Points Building Consultants, was successful in obtaining Patents for the refuge structures in both Australia and the United States.
