Out techniques have been honed with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and its methods, and continuously improves as the firm grows.<\/p><p>Our process uses advanced design techniques such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/atconsulting.com.au\/_staging\/strength\/top-down-construction\/\">top-down construction for substructures<\/a>\u00a0and fully detailed and documented\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/atconsulting.com.au\/_staging\/strength\/post-tensioned-concrete\/\">post-tensioned concrete design<\/a>\u00a0to reduce material use, expenditure and accelerate construction schedules. Acceleration of project completion of several months has been achieved on large scale projects featuring basements, foundation or substructure works with significant flow on effects for holding and capital costs.
