The structure consisted of multi-level reinforced and post-tensioned concrete slabs with load bearing walls. The design comprised basement and 3 levels, yielding 5 luxury apartments. The basement provided 12 car parking bays, storage units and a swimming pool.

Civil engineering services included the design of a sewer diversion, basement paving and stormwater drainage. The long narrow site required retention of the adjacent sites including sheet piling, contiguous piling and underpinning of the adjacent retaining wall.
