This prestigious multi storey office building with car park located in the heart of the Perth CBD was completed on time and on budget; and its solid structural engineering foundations are evident as it remains serving as a premium office space several decades after completion.

Airey Taylor Consulting continue to provide structural engineering services for maintenance of the building – including a recent review of the iconic space frame façade (see below) in the internal and external courtyards that provide some of its unique architectural configuration, and advice and calculations for an upgrade of its balcony/mezzanine.
